Telemarketing to Insurance Brokers

Our team is hard at work on development & operations rollout for our pilot clients and want to bring in expert salespeople to help us with one thing: LEAD GENERATION.

We'd like to have you as involved in the sales process as you'd like, but all commissions can be earned by simply cold calling and getting a followup meeting. We believe our product delivers real value and have demonstrated that a second meeting usually converts a lead to a sale. That is why we're willing to give commissions for a sale that originates from a single cold call.

Our targets are brokers and PEO's (lists provided) who deal in health insurance. We have a streamlined sales training document that will get you up to speed very quickly and help you get on the phones (the product is simple and easily gets attention).

We're offering a pure commission-based structure, based on lead followthrough. When any lead advances through the engagement steps, we will pay the following structure (sequentially):

- Followup call scheduled: $1/lead

- Engagement meeting scheduled: $25/lead

- Engagement agreement signed: $50/lead (<50 employees), $150/lead (50-100 employees), $300/lead (100-250 employees), $500/lead (250+ employees)

We are offering no salary outside of commission and you must provide your own equipment for making calls. You will need to work from home.
