Please advise price to install

* Install the Imagick extension, along with the Imagick libraries if it's not a static extension

* Install APC to increase the performance of the application

* Configure the PHP interpreter so that the same instance of PHP [url removed, login to view] is used

We would like to use the same PHP installation in both CLI (Command line through SSH) and inside Apache. Best is to use 5.2.10.
