With this I have attached 2 files one is of a formtter we want to fill with information and print. The second is a calendar that I want marking with a cross if the date matches what has been entered on one of the form field. So in short this is a booking form and diary, if we have a booking for a particular day then it places a symbol of some sort, on the calendar. There needs to be a provision of placing 4 different symbols/colours per day. I have the word document and the spreadsheet as attached with this. Therefore you just need to create the word document in excel which will just allow for filling the empty fields and then update the calender automatically.
