Installation package for .net application (with ReportViewer and MS SQL CE)

Require an installation package (like an InstallShield package) that does the following: 1. Installs the .NET framework - if required (3.5 SP1) 2. Installs MS Report Viewer - if required 3. Installs MS SQL Server Compact Edition - if required 4. Installs my .EXE and associated files (11 in total) into the Program Files folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\APPNAME) 5. Installs the empty database into the AppData\roamng folder (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming) 6. Creates a shortcut in the menu ## Deliverables To be clear, this installation package needs to install the main application plus any or all of the required components to allow the application to run - as listed above. i.e. the user should just run this setup and it does it all. If 64 bit Windows then maybe we could ask the user to run something extra. The full set of screens required are: **1. Welcome ** The Setup Wizard will install APPNAME on your computer. Click Next to continue or Cancel to exit the Setup Wizard. **2. End User License Agreement** Note: I will provide the exact wording **3. System Information** Which indicates if the system is supported - if hard we can drop this **4. Select Destination Directory **Allows user to specify where the exe and files go **5. Installing **indicates how far it has got - if hard we can drop this **6. Finished **With option to run the app now PLUS we need ability to uninstall.
