Hello. I am looking to configure Vicidial remotely on a server with sip trunks. I would like to get this set up for predictive dialing and outbound voice broadcasting with live call transfer ability. I will only do business with rated providers. I am looking to get this set up immediately.
Description
We are looking for a Vicidial consultant (an expert in call center field) to install/Configure Vicidial with all its features.
Description of the call center:
o 5-10 agents in the first months (more than 20 by the end of this year)
o Possibility of remote agent (working at home)
o Inbound and outbound campaign
o Deferent Team for each campaign working simultaneously
Description of your tasks:
o Your opinion and advice about the architecture in term of scalability, availability, failover and security
o Remote install on our servers:Ubuntu or any other OS that you suggest.
o The install should have all vicidial options with focus on this important features and add-ons :
* Configure VICIDIAL to work with a SIP trunk based on IP auth or with simple SIP accounts
* Transfer calls
* Scheduled Callbacks
* Three-Way calling within the agent application
* Record calls (good quality)
* Monitor calls
* Agent tracking(How many leads converted to sales, How many calls made ect)
* Smart predictive dialers with ability to upload and manage leads
* Lead Loading automatically through API
* Campaigns shuffling and setting priority
* Integration of CRM (VTiger)
o Training for:

60% of the payment will be given once the job is completed and working. 20% will be given to you after training the rest 20% after the 3 week of testing. You will have to give 3 weeks free support for testing and removing any bugs.
Only consultants with previous experience on Vicidial are accepted. Please include the number of remote install of Vicidial you completed successfully.
