I will create a 3D model of a regal owl sculpture for use as an award trophy, then prepare it for reproducible ceramic casting. I will start by modelling a barred owl, focusing on clean lines and a stoic posture to convey prestige. The body will be approximately 14 inches tall, with a solid rectangular base measuring 6 inches high and 3.5 inches wide, all forming one unified object in the 3D model. I will refine the forms using ZBrush, aiming for a smooth, elegant surface suitable for a matte painted finish. The final output will be a watertight STL file ready for 3D printing a master mold or for direct use in ceramic slip casting if further mould-making is handled by your team. The brief leaves the exact pose and facial expression of the owl underspecified; I will assume a dignified, forward-facing pose with a neutral expression, evoking quiet authority. Reproducibility is key so I will ensure the geometry is clean and free of overhangs that would complicate mould creation.
