I have two long tail phrases that should be easy for anyone to get this to the first page of Google. The keywords are:
"How To Write A check Example" - 302 competing results (all in title)
"How To Write A check" - 8,740 all in title competing

It even has some backlinks already so this should be fairly easy.
Conditions:
