I need a company or individual to create a link campaign mixed with both recipricol and one way links to boost my site from a 0 to a PR of 2. I need this work to be done ethically and the links to be relevant to the real estate industry, specifically the state of Wisconsin.
I am only looking for permanant links and will only consider ethical standards, no black hat. Please bid with details on the amount of links, the PR of pages you can get me links on, and how long until I will see my PR move to 1 and how long till it moves from 1 to 2. My site is already indexed by all major search engines but no link campaign has been initiated. URL has been registered for 4 years.
