shopify product page design

I need to optimize my product page design in order to boost sales conversion rate. Primary focus is background graphics, font styling, and element layout. I expect this will require CSS and Liquid experience. I will need instructions on which specific files will be modified, and where to make the adjustments. Login should not be required by developer/designer. Please offer links to any relevant portfolio samples. See attached files for reference of current design.
