535572 Rebuild of an Existing Website - Includign CSV drivenbackend

We have a website that advertises around 4000 products that we personalise and sell. we are looking for an established firm to set up this website as we are going to terminate our agreement with our existing service providers because of their inefficient service and response time. Unfortunately we do not have any rights over the back end system as we are merely paying a license fee to use it (when it rarely works) but the website can be seen now to get an idea what we are after. some of the features we wish to replicate are: quick contact form (bounces up and down and drops down on mouse click) Gmail live chat integration (very easy to do) front banners must be easy to change and update all items need to have Facebook and social media tagging options. high resolution images to come up on mouseclick Pricing calculator to be more visible Quote Basket to be added (more info on this below) the site MUST have the same price calculator so that each product displays its relative price depending on qty required. the site needs to be driven by CSV database. all prices and details are in this database so the website script just needs to call teh value in the CSV file and NOT calculate costs based on algorithm etc... Another feature we want to integrate which we do not have at the moment is a "QUOTE BASKET" - this will be a type of shopping cart where clients that are going through the website can "Add a product to the quote basket" and then submit this to us so that we can send an official quote. there will be other features and details that we will surely add on with time and we look forward to building an ongoing relationship. some things we will NOT accept is untimely response to emails and technical queries bugs that keep re-occurring. we want a FAST website - not like the one we have now. most important, we need a strong search feature within the site as the one we have now only find exact matches and misses many keyword searches hence resulting in lost business. finally we need a strong clean creative design, similar to what we already have but revamped. simplicity is the key. We are DEMANDING clients, please be warned. do not send you quote in if you are only able to work a few hours a week. We will pay in escrow and you will not have any issues to this regard but if we email a query we expect action to be taken ASAP - the reason we are throwing away our existing site is SOLELY through the bad service we are receiving from their tech support.
