fill in excel sheet with social media posts for instagram

I need someone to basically add every product on this site [login to view URL] right now it is 94 items.
Into an excel spread sheet and include the image url, short description/cool message about the item and then 10-15 hashtags each things like fashion, mensfashion, steampunkstyle etc. some research is involved but there is main keywords and then extras to describe the item for men and women. I also want to make sure the type of item alternates like i dont want every day to be women.
Must have experience with social media as it is a skill. Must have pages to show me your work.
Attached is sample. I would also based on this include dates and times starting after when you finished the work.
If you have good enough profiles and do this full time i may consider adding you to my team of social media to do regular work.
