MS Access 2013 Database with forms and reports

I need database application on MS Access 2013 for Inventory, Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Commissions, etc… No VB or interface is required I’ll be using the program on MS Access directly and I should have full access to the tables, so please no need for high priced bids only reasonable bids are welcomed.
The program shall be custom designed, or if you have a read program then it should be modified according to my requirements as following:
Store:
1- Product code (Auto Generated and unique)

6- Product’s profit percentage

Sales (Invoice):
1- Invoice number (Auto Generated and unique)
2- Date and time (Auto Generated)

5- Customer address
6- Vendor name

Expenses:
1- Date

Vendor’s commissions payment:
1- Payment date (Auto Generated)

Forms:
1- Form for product entry in store
2- Form for supplier entry
3- Form for vendor entry
4- Form for invoice with the ability to add customer’s date in customers table through the invoice form itself
5- Form for expenses entry
6- Form for vendor’s commissions payment (When I open this form I should see the commissions due for the vendor which is 7% of his total sales, and I should be able to select the vendors individually or more than one vendor or to select hem all)
Reports:
1- Report of vendor sales with the ability to select the vendors individually or more than one vendor or to select hem all for any period from *** to *** which I could set manually, the report should show the vendor name the dates the sold products and quantities; total sales amount and his commission for the sales which is 7% and detailed commissions balance showing the total amount paid from the start and the outstanding amount up to the report date.
2- Sales report for any period that can be set manually.
3- Profit report for any period that can be set manually after cutting the expenses that was paid during the specified period and the ability to choose whether to cut the commissions deserved to vendors for the specified period or not and whether it is paid to the vendor or not.
