- I need a program for storing contacts information for windows 10. I need options to add contacts, add photo of contact, add photos, add editable text boxes where text can be made Bold, Italic, Underlined, Change Colors, text boxes must be able to edit size and location. - I also need option to be able to do single click copy to clipboard of the text. BUT I need to be able to choose which text can have this feature. - Also need a Always On Top Feature I have attached a picture to give you an idea
