CefSharp, XAML and Powershell

I'm having some issues trying to create a simple WPF application that can use CefSharp for navigating websites. Not sure if this is even possible, but it needs to be done using only Powershell and not VS. Basically looking for a coder who can create a simple POC in Powershell with all the required dependencies for me which I will then reuse in my own project.
