Hello, so I understand what you are looking for is a simple Java game developed. By your post it appears you want the game to be simple in concept and design? This would be fun and really simple, some follow questions to ensure you would receive the best product possible would be. - Can the game be developed with JavaFX or would I be required to use the Swing libraries? - Is the source code the real product for you to possible show some design students or High School CS students? - Would you want the game to be as simple as say a single screen 2D tile based coin grabber / monster evader style, to do things such as highlight collision detection and concepts of X/Y coordinates? -Would you want animations in the game as in character animations that would require some simple pixel art drawing with Pyxel Editor. -Would you want the level or levels generated from a text file or procedurally generated? -I would love to work on this. I find 2D tile based or side scroll games enjoyable to work on.
