Hello, I bid maximally because I need to know some things prior to making my bid more accurate. My questions are: 1. Will this application run on a desktop or on a server? 2. Will application start automatically and will run in the background? 3. Will application have a GUI? 4. Is the speed of conversion a primordial indicator? 5. Will data be accessible as streams? 6. I already made similar application in Delphi and I can easily adapt it to suit your needs. It uses ini file with input and output paths and quality settings for mp3. It uses ffmpeg as wav to mp3 converter. Only thing that I need to change is that it converts only files from yesterday named folder. - update I already did this so I lowered bid and I really doubt that you will get cheaper Contact me if you wish demo.

Hello, I have two proposals for your application: 1) The system will consist in two software applications: a windows form application that will be used for the administration part (from where you’ll be able to set the source and destination folders) and a windows service that will be installed and automatically run when windows starts. The windows service will manage the entire process (detect new folders/files, conversion, after that the deletion). 2) Only a windows application that automatically runs when windows starts. The application will be minimized in the system tray. Also system tray notifications will be implemented in order to inform you if new folders/files detected, converted or deleted. Hope the above solution will suit your needs.

I will write application in .net C# for windows operating system. Application will give you options to specify source directory and destination directory. I can also add scheduler or timer or anything that you come up with that can be useful to you. Also will provide you and a source code and my help so you have full control over application in the future. I suggest to use .NET platform or Qt if that should be multiplatforms application. I have about 8 years commercial experience in developing applications.
