Insert file and folder name in Excel .csv columns

I need an Excel script (exe) that allow me to add to the second column the name of the file and to the third column the name of the folder in wich the file is. For example: 1 - I have a folder named "main_folder". 2 - This folder contains 900 files .csv named: file1, file2, file3.....file900 3 - The first column of each .csv file has a variable number of items; for example file1 has 700 items (700 rows); file2 900 items, etc. I need an executable that allow me to: 1 - select a folder (containing the .csv files); for example select the folder "main_folder" that contains 900 .csv files 2 - click on a button and fill the second column of each file with the name of the file; for example the file named "[login to view URL]" has 700 items (one for row) in the first column; I want a function that, when I press a button, fill the 700 rows of the second empty column with its name ("file1" in this case), and so on for all other 899 files. 3 - click on a second button and fill the third column of all 900 files in the folder with the name of the folder; in the previous example, when I click on the 2nd button, the function fill the rows of the third empty column with the name of the folder ("main_folder" in this case). The script must be fast and functional with large amount of data.
