Music Program to revolutionize the DJ industry FOREVER

I have an idea that will completely change the bar/club Dj industry. The Idea seems simple, but can be complex. I do not want to give any information out until we sign a nondisclosure agreement. I don't have any money to put up for this, but will go 50/50 on the profits and be partners. Its a bold risk, but I know the bar/club industry because I have been a dj for over 18 years and know this program will change everything. It will be as popular as any big name sound tech company in the business. ACTUALLY, it could put alot of those big name companies out of business. I do not know anything about programing, so thats why i need you. So there is no money in the beginning. just planning, making the program and then making a business out of it, which i do know a bit about. Its a risk, but could make us extremely wealthy. what do you say?? want to take a leap of faith?? (sorry i know that i put a price tag on this, but there isnt an option for a job like this and I dont know where else to go)
