We need the skeleton of a new RESTful server in go with production ready setup, build process (makefile) and testing (no docker) and api doc from code. - The code should be the base for a new backend written in go/v1.12 using modules. - Request and responses are to be in json. - Api versioning /v1/ ... /v2/ ... - There should be support for mocking request/repsone and auto testing - Authorization should happen against a mysql (sqlite in tests) database (user/password) with a jwt token. - It should be possible to generate ApiDoc from code for swaggerui - Logging of requests and errors - Swaggerui should be integrated into server - There should be a ping request implemented - There should be a "search" request with filter options and a mock response implemented - no testing based on docker containers
