We are an API provider and looking to offer Ruby library to our end users as an example to show them how to use our API using Ruby. We require an experienced Ruby programmer to create library for us with full documentation as to how to use the library, screenshot images of example output and upload the files to our github account. API is REST based and returns JSON data. Very simple API and has following methods; - Local Weather - Marine Weather - Ski Weather - Search - Time Zone - Historical Local Weather - Historical Marine Weather Full details will be provided.
