Small tool to copy emails received into another email account

I am looking for someone to program a small tool for Windows (normal app is OK, doesn’t have to run as a service) which monitors my Outlook 2016 inbox (am using hosted exchange / Office 365). Whenever an email is received, a copy of this email should be placed in my gmail account. If necessary the gmail account can be also configured in Outlook though it would be preferred if this tool can run in the background on my PC even without Outlook to be installed. The tool could check for emails every 60 seconds etc.
Will prefer Russian speaking programmers. I need an exe and the source code. Preferably Delphi.
