I have a software which generates pdf files from the saved database and runs only with a USB drive inserted in the laptop.

It is not possible to run it without the USB. I need to be able to run it without the original USB or back it up to an additional USB or SD card so I have a backup to run it.

I also need to change the content in the database so the content of the generated report can be changed when needed.

I have put a screenshot of the folder structure. More details will be given as we go. Feel free to ask any questions.
