I need a Helpdesk/Support ticket system concept using a java MVC design pattern. It allows you to create, track, and respond to support requests/Ticket. The core element of the Support system is the "ticket". Incoming tickets are recorded in a ticket and the steps necessary to complete the request are documented. For example, A ticket could have 0 to x number of step but a step must be linked to a ticket, The actual processing of the ticket takes place in processing steps A ticket should have a variable like a Ticket number, Ticket type (Incident, Problem, Request, etc.), customer email, description Steps: All recorded processing steps are displayed as a list in the ticket. A processing step contains the following data: Processor, Date and time, Solution text, Time required in minutes.
