Windows Software to take Selfie from webcam

I am experienced programmer and already did a lot of work oriented to dialog based windows applications using VC++ (MFC) and some with Qt framework. I assume no image processing is to be performed and only pre designed and saved frames are to be overlapped. Good if you please share the designs and finalise the scope before starting this project.
