I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Build a software that will enable easy and user friendly Tyre Requisition. This software is to be used by a transport company that has lots of long vehicle trucks and uses 18 tyres. This software should feature:

A place:

Where Brand of tyres to be issued can be inputted

Quantity of tyres requested

Date of manufacture of tyre

State Registration number of Truck

Truck model

Company Identification number of Truck(insertion space should allow at least 2 million vehicles ID)

Tyre position number on truck to be replaced

Tyre size

First replacement; Yes or No

If No, Last date of replacement

Number of tyres in stock(when tyres go below 1000 in stock, there should be a red flag alert)

Vehicle inspected by

Tyre Issuance Approved by

Date

At least the above features should be available and more as necessary.
