Youtube live feed with live trading prediction capabilities

We need: Youtube account (just random YT-account name as test) which: 1) Delivers a live bitcoin chart from the exchange [login to view URL] which shows clear candle prices (lets say 1-hour-candles. They (Bitfinex) got a very nice API to get this live data). 2) A responsive act on the live stream from a received prediction mail. The mail is arriving every hour and says: 1 (buy), 0 (out of market) or -1 (sell) - this has to be visual each hour. This mail is a kind of prediction for the next 60 minutes. 3) A result: e.g. if one hour ago the mail said "buy", then it has to calculate the %-return if the prediction was right or wrong. In case of "buy", this is done with the new close price above the last 60-minutes-ago close price (e.g. 10,000/9,900 -1 = 0.0101 -> 1.01%). At this time it will also have to do point (2) and (1). Everything have to be presented very well with modern tech in a smart way: A conclusion for the last prediction (3), and a presentation of the next prediction (2). Eventually in chronologically boxes jumping forward or what so ever. And the chart has to be live (1).
