Resend tcp packet

I have a windows application which has server and client applications.
It using tcp ports for comminication.
I already installed both server and client on virtualbox so testing environment is ready.
I got the target packet from smartsniffer.
Trying to resend the packet but gives the error below on [login to view URL]
