I would like to hire a Programmer

A company has a large number of full-length high-resolution images of their models (for examples, you can search [login to view URL] for “full length man” or “full length woman”). However, for a particular brief, they need to select the models for close-up face shots. They would like to be able to scroll through all the faces cropped out of the high-resolution images with a single click to access the original image, so that they can find the right ones to present to their client. What is must do/ have: 1. As a Visitor, I am presented with a Login Page when accessing the system. 2. As a Visitor, when I enter valid Credentials for a User to the Login Page, I expect to become a User. 3. As a Visitor, when I enter valid Credentials for an Admin to the Login Page, I expect to become an Admin. 4. As an Admin, I can perform all the same actions as a User. 5. As an Admin, I can add a Model to the system by specifying their name and supplying a fulllength image in JPEG format. 6. As an Admin, I can add a multiple Models to the system with ease. 7. When I become a User, I see a single full-length image of the first model with their face enlarged alongside. 8. As a User, I can navigate from viewing the first model to viewing subsequent models with a single Action. 9. As a User, I can navigate from viewing the later models to previous models with a single Action. 10. As a User, I can see a filmstrip of the faces of the models above the images of the model currently showing. 11. As a User, when I click on the face of a model, I expect to see the full-length image of that model. 12. As a User, I can view a grid of faces in place of the filmstrip and full-length image with a single click. 13. As a User, clicking on the face of a model from the grid will take me to the view of the models. 14. As a User, I can use a single Action to add the model shown in full length to my Shortlist. 15. As a User, I can use a single Action to remove the model shown in full length from my Shortlist. 16. As a User, I can view my Shortlist with a single Action. 17. The view of a User’s Shortlist shows the faces of the models with their names. 18. As a User, I can download my Shortlist as a Report. 19. The Shortlist Report is a PDF with a page per model, with a large image of their face and their name. 20. As a User, I request to clear my Shortlist with a single action, and then confirm the clear with another action. The output of this project is a small application to perform the tasks outlined in the Brief. You may use any of C# with ASP.NET MVC, Python with Django, Java with Spring MVC, or Ruby on Rails to accomplish the task. It is not necessary to use AJAX (including frameworks such as AngularJS) although if you wish to do so, feel free. Please use a standalone database engine for the backend(for example SQLite or SQL Server Express) to make it easy to run. You may use the Google Cloud Vision service, or AWS Rekognition, to perform face detection – they both have free starting tiers.
