Sir, I am Mechanical Engineer ,I got very good knowledge about jigs and its components like sufficiently rigid boy (plate ,box etc ) into which work piece is to be loaded, Locating elements, Clamping elements , Tool guiding elements - In this you need to use Slip bushes where Counter bore is Done with liner bush in third one only press fitted bush (if small scale production) else renewable bush is used . I am very much interested in this project as it looks interesting and challenging. I will be using SolidWorks , I will make every part then do assembly .
