We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from home, answer telephone calls, live chats and emails to a high standard in Spanish. Over the years we have built up a following from our customers, particularly in Spain. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and offering a service that leaves our customers amazed.
What do you need?
At least 1 year’s previous experience either directly within customer services or similar.
Be able to work from home on a freelance basis.
Excellent skills of Spanish language, both written and oral.
PC / Internet literate to a good standard.
Numerate and have attention to detail.
Great at time management.
Have a good computer and stable internet connection at home.
You must have a home environment that is quiet and distraction free.
Any relevant direct experience would be advantageous.
An interest in natural healthcare and/or supplements would be great.
We are predominantly looking for people who can work part time (35-40 hours per week) between 9:00am to 18:00pm Monday-Friday (UK time).
You will be initially trained remotely via (Removed by Freelancer.com Admin) and then, we will invite you to the UK to further enhance your training.
Excellent rates of remuneration (based upon experience).
