Sprites and tiles for 2d game

I am creating a 2d sidescrolling motorbike racing game a'la Nintendo Excitebike (graphics should be highed quality though, so it is just to illustrate the concept of the game) and would need the following items for this assignment. - Approximately 10 sprites in sizes 10x10 pixels to about 20x20 pixels - A tileset for creating the levels - Possibly a set of example levels created with the tiles mentioned above - A splash screen 128x128 pixels The style for the sprites would need to be in a humorous cartoonish style. The spritesizes mentioned above are approximate sizes. I will have the deailed dimensions and characters/items to be created ready for you, when bidding has ended.
