Editing and creating a dbb file.

I have a .dbb file which I require someone to be able to help to edit / create another similar dbb file and advise me on how to go about doing it.

The dbb file is not just a skype file but a I believe is **ANSYS** database backup file. I may be wrong on this but I need advise on how to edit / create it.
