Business Plan Needed

Hi, I have a Business idea, which will be entering into a competitive market. However I have never written a business plan before and I wish to get the whole business down on paper - as I will need to be submitting it - in order to get a Licence for my company. I am a bit lost on where to start, so I am looking for someone who can handle this in a profesional manner and give me guidance. The individual who qualifies will need to have a strategic mindset and be able to break down my ideas and put them onto paper. Perfect English and excellent writing skills are needed. I am not expecting to give you whole project and then let you do it, I will be more than willing to help where ever you need. You will have to teach me a little bit on how you will plan to do it and write out a rough plan for when you start. I want the business plan to be as in depth as possible. Price is negotiable for fixed or hourly - however ideally I am looking to hire someone between $5-$10/hour - going at a fixed price of $300.
