2 story garage and shop design needed

I’m looking to build my garage and shop next to my home. I need help with understanding the requirements for beams and structure to ensure I buy the right material. I’ll need easy enough drawings and plans to understand what I need to buy and how I need to assemble it. I want to build it out of wood.
The overall dimensions will be 90’x35’.
In the 2D drawing, the far left 30’ will be a wood workshop with a 2nd story above that will be used for storage. The far right 30’ will be a 2 car garage with a 2nd story that may be used as a loft in the future. The center 30’ will be for a car and ATV/Side by side with NO 2nd story (will be open bay to the roof). In the back of the garage are storage rooms, tool/equipment storage.
I have beams near the front of the garage (right beside the vehicles) I would like to remove if possible.
I live in Montana, so the roof truss design would need to hold up to snow buildup. Thanks.
