Feature to upload multiple formats of file

I have written a symfony 1.4 application in which there is a feature to add file in PDF format. I want to add more formats under that.

Bidder should show me a plan of how to do this. I can share more details if needed.

I can only pay INR 1000-1200. It should not be more than 4 hours of work for experienced programmer. Please don't bid if you need more than that.
