We are looking to a suitable partner to outsource our work. We are launching a new product to US and Canada. We are currently looking for a four-seater call center support, which can rapidly grow up to 20 seats or more depends upon the volume of work. Please let us know more details about this and Infrastructure facilities you support. Working hours will be based on US time.

Please post with full details of infrastructure facilities you have. Companies having ready infrastructure and skilled work force will be preferred. The location of the center will be New Delhi or Kolkata, but there are possibilities in other cities too.

We can also go for joint setup of a call center, which will be managed by our outsourcing partner.
