Looking for a bit of help troubleshooting a network issue. We have a 48 port switch that every 5 minutes or so completely drops clients off the switch for about 30 seconds then the clients get their ip back. During the drop you can't ping the switch, gateway or other clients on the switch. If I monitor the NIC on a clients when this drop is happening I can see it completely looses IP and connectivity. I have STP and loop detection turned on in the switch. The switch has full logging is turning on but there are no errors. I've also tried putting in another switch and has the same issues. Other switches with other endpoints on the same network/subnet are not having this issue. Checked out the ethernet jacks in the field and can't find any loops. Will give teamviewer access to a machine with access to the switch and network if you can help over that. Also have wireshark installed and the switch is capable of port mirroring.
