Freelance Recruiter for Sales/BDM Roles

Need a freelance recruiter to source and shortlist Sales/BDM candidates for PCE Systems Pvt Ltd, a Lenovo Platinum Partner in Noida, Delhi NCR. We sell IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, workstations) and AV solutions to corporate clients. Hiring 2–3 Sales/BDM roles and need someone to handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting so we don't have to review hundreds of resumes. Scope: Source Sales Executive / BDM candidates (Noida-based, in-office) Screen using our structured scorecard (provided after onboarding) Deliver 5–7 shortlisted profiles per role with a short note on each Coordinate interview scheduling Candidate requirements: 1–4 years B2B IT hardware or IT services sales experience Sells to procurement/IT decision-makers in corporates Cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting skills Based in or open to Noida/Delhi NCR CTC: ₹3–6 LPA Payment: Fixed fee per successful hire (candidate joins + completes 30 days). 2–3 roles to fill now, more if results are good. Must source from Indian platforms — Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, etc. Prior experience hiring for B2B sales or IT channel sales roles in India is required.
