Remote Allied Health Recruiter

I’m expanding my U.S. healthcare staffing team and need an experienced recruiter who can quickly deliver qualified Allied Health professionals. Your day-to-day work will revolve around searching the major job boards, crafting compelling postings, screening incoming applicants, and keeping my ATS up-to-date so no candidate slips through the cracks. You should already know the language of imaging techs, respiratory therapists, medical technologists, and other allied specialties, and be comfortable juggling several requisitions at once. LinkedIn or Indeed experience is useful, but our primary hunting ground will be the big, niche job boards, so bring proven tactics for standing out there. Core expectations • Source, screen, and submit interview-ready Allied Health candidates • Coordinate interviews with clients and track every step inside the ATS • Maintain close, friendly contact with each candidate so offers stick • Consistently hit weekly submission and placement targets while working 100 % remote What will set you apart • 3+ years in U.S. healthcare or travel-contract recruiting • Fluent with modern ATS/workflow tools and job-board search operators • Clear, persuasive written and phone communication When you reply, include examples of past work that show the volume and variety of allied placements you’ve made and the tools you relied on to achieve them.
