My experience includes attending client meetings, tender clarifications, technical discussions, risk identification, and preparing detailed meeting minutes, action logs, and technical documentation. While my primary background is in project engineering rather than detailed mechanical design, I am confident I can professionally represent your organisation, accurately capture technical discussions, and deliver a comprehensive report. Before proceeding, I would appreciate a brief discussion to understand your expectations and confirm that my experience aligns with your requirements. As I will be travelling from Pune to Ahmedabad and dedicating my schedule exclusively for this assignment, I propose a fixed engagement fee of ₹12,000 (equivalent to 30 hours @ ₹400/hour).
