The demand for these solutions is very high! Currently, Bizvolt is seeking an entry-level, Appointment Setter whose primary responsibility will be to generate leads for our various marketing products and programs across the United States. While the position requires the Appointment Setter to spend the majority of the day calling small businesses to schedule appointments for our production team, Bizvolt is ready to compensate the right person with generous bonuses if they reach targeted goals for the company. Expect to make between 80 and 100 calls daily, and if successful, be compensated, accordingly. Qualifications: - Well-mannered and polite. You will be speaking with potential customers and will often be the first impression of our company. - Must have excellent verbal communication skills. It is important that you know how to speak clearly and articulately. Our customers are business owners who have little time to spend with you on the phone so it is important that you are able to convey your message accurately and concisely. English must be your first language. - Ability to follow directions is a must. Although new ideas are welcomed and are important to the company, many strategies have been tested and it is important to be able to listen to the experience and instructions of your manager. - Must have good time management skills. Although you will report to a manager, it is important that you be able to be responsible for your personal production. We are looking for someone that will meet our daily quota of 80 to 100 calls a day with minimal supervision. - Ability to fill out forms thoroughly and accurately. You will be asked to record information into a call log. At a minimum this includes the date, time, your initials and notes for follow-up. Scheduled appointments may require several pages of facility information. This is important for the Auditors, who rely on the information you obtain to complete the appointment. - A great attitude is a must! Do not be easily discouraged or bored. You cannot be deterred by rejection. It is important that you be able to have the same energy and positive outlook on both your first and last call of the day. - Sales and customer service experience. You must be dedicated to delivering the best experience to our Customers. - Intermediate Computer skills are REQUIRED. Qualified candidates will have internet capabilities and experience using Microsoft Excel, G mail, and Google Forms. Other Microsoft Office and Google Docs skills may also be required. Hi Team, I previously conducted outbound calling for a Canadian company, generating live transfer leads who conform to my company's prerequisites for a mortgage refinance loan application. I completed an average of two sales each day. Naturally, that meant more on some days and less on other days. I am very familiar with the industry and everything that comes with it. Starting off with being well-mannered and polite that is a key of who I am. English is my first language, the only language I actually speak fluently. Talking to people in a very motivational and upbeat tone is something I know how to do. I would love to take on a challenge of something different. Just knowing that I have 80-100 phone calls to be made is amazing. I love talking to people. Also, being punctual when completing a day to day assignment is very important. I believe I stand a high chance of being the right candidate for this company. :)
