$10/hr Inbound/Outbound Customer Service and Sales
$8-15 USD / hour
This job involves answering incoming calls and handling incoming chat, as well as making outbound calls using our auto-dialer that involve persuasion but are not traditional sales. This position also involves preparing and sending written documents and emails. The pay for this position is $10 per hour, based on time logged into our call handling system, which can be accessed via internet browser.
We do not provide 1:1 training. You will be expected to learn the work through reading our online knowledgebase that provides step by step instructions on how to perform each task.
We also apply deductions to earned pay based on missed or mishandled calls. We will pay $10 per hour each Friday for the preceding week of work based on time spent logged into our call handling system and ready to receive calls. This total pay will be reduced by $12 for each missed or mishandled call.
Your application to this position will not be considered unless you complete the 3 question skill test linked at the bottom of this description. If you apply to this position, and successfully complete the skill test, you will be invited to a phone test interview and then a trial work period.
If you are able to work accepting real phone calls using our phone system for a full week without errors, you will be invited to a long term position with us. The one week work trial will pay either $25 flat rate if calls are handled with errors or are missed. Or, it will pay $10 per hour if calls are handled without errors and all the calls routed to you during work hours are answered.

2. You are willing to work on a fixed payment basis at 0 hours per week. We will pay the total payment earned based on time logged into our call management system as a bonus. Total payment will be reduced by the number of missed or mishandled calls.
3. You are willing to learn the job based on reading our online knowledgebase and understand that we will not provide 1:1 training.
4. You are interested in a long term assignment and can work the specified hours for months to come.
5. You have a stable network connection of 10Mbps for both upload and download.
6. You are ready to start work by Monday, October 19th.
