Marketing Agency looking to hire an Outbound Sales Specialist. You MUST HAVE prior experience with outbound / cold phone calling and your primary task will be to SECURE an appointment with the restaurant owner and / or marketing director and NOT to sell. We are looking for new clients and you must be able to scrub data (work with large data) based on the information provided to you. You must also have good Microsoft Excel skills in order to track your progress and process flow, past experience with a CRM is definitely an asset. This role would require the ideal candidate to work in Eastern Time (ET) between the hours of 11AM to 4PM (5 hours), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). You must make a minimum of 50 calls per day and manage to secure appointments so that we can onboard new clients. Our main focus is the restaurant industry in the selected cities that we have chosen to target. Lastly, your English must be very fluent.
