STEP ONE - MONITOR FOR NEW MESSAGES
I am looking for an application which will call to UP TO five telephone numbers, each of which will have a different pre-recorded message. I will give each telehpone number a name.
Then the application will record and analyze the first 10 seconds of the message, and decide whether the message is the same as the last time the application called to the telephone number, or a new message.
When the application finds that the message is new, the application should do either of the following:
A> Best Solution:
1. record the entire message
2. call to my mobile telephone, and
3. Playback the message for me on my mobile telephone
B> Alternative Solution
1. send a text message to my mobile telehpone that consists of the name of the telephone number that has a new message. The names will be ten characters or less.
There are one or two additional complications, but this is the essence of the project.
