Want a 3D rendering of my house and backyard in SketchUp

I have a land survey in AutoCad format from a land surveyor (with contour lines, etc.), and a set of instructions for the changes I want to make to my backyard that involves some excavation, retaining walls, a deck on the back of the house, pool, detached garage, playspace, and so forth. I would like for the output to be a SketchUp file that I can play with and make further changes to.
