Alteration and improvement of 3D female avatar

I am the director of a cosmetic clinic and am in the process of developing a website for our clinic - Rejuvence Clinic. On the website we are using 3D avatars as a body map to show regions of the body. I have already had a really great freelancer produce both male and female avatars. The male is excellent but the female not quite as good. I am looking for an excellent 3D designer to make improvements to the female avatar. There are three versions - young, middle age, elderly. The png files have been attached. The models were developed in z-brush and I have the original files. I want the anatomic aspects of the face to remain the same but am keen for image to be improved and made more realistic. The female avatar also needs to be a little bit more attractive. There are some further points in need of alteration but I will discuss this in more detail on chat with interested parties.
When bidding please provide examples of work - specifically 3D modelling of human characters especially female characters. This is extremely important. I have attached the male avatars as well to provide an example of the minimal quality I am looking for.
I need the characters to be modified and improved as soon as possible please.
