Create an Animation

Please read the FULL project description!! I have a working software, built on Xojo (Visual Basic) where I need to add a new window with some dynamic animations. This new window must be made on Xojo, HTML5 ou Visual Basic, so that I can integrate it on my current software, otherwise I would need to re-code it from scratch. This new window is something like a lotto. You can see an example attached. So, someone will draw a ball with a number from a pool, so when I input the number drawn in the software, it must be placed in the center of the screen, like shown in the attached image. When I input another number, like "30" for example, I need the past ball (in the image, the 28) to fade, then the 30 show up on it's place, then the 28 will "roll out" of that hole in the tube bellow, and "push" the other balls to the right, always keeping 4 balls, the one on the most right should fade and be replaced by the one next to it. I have the designs, you just need to animate it. Enforcing that these animations must be dynamic, based on the numbers that I input! If you have any doubts feel free to ask!
