Hi there. I am in need of animation that starts as four circle and morphs into letters. I have very specific needs for this, where each stroke needs to be a precise number of pixels. - I will send you a slide show of the 5 transition phases, and it will be up to you to connect them. They are on a very specific and simple grid. - There is a total of four circles that will evolve into characters. Two of the letters are the same. - I will need it in a few various resolutions, with different symbol colors and background colors. Please let me know the estimated cost, turn around, and your choice of tools. Then I will send you a copy of the image for evaluation, and hopefully we can get started.
