Cartoon Animation for kids from 2-5 years old.

What I'm looking for is a creation of simple animated cartoons for kids. In this project I'd like to find a long term creators to build a team.
The film should be 3-5 minutes long ith or without a sound. there is No story for the film, so you can create what ever you want, just keep in mind that it's for kids.
