Create an Animation for a Medical Device/Treatment

I am looking to produce an animation video (2 minutes or less) for building awareness about the benefits of my medical device and explaining simply how it works. The style and treatment will be an engaging video explainer (with voiceover) that entertains as well as educates. The medical device we need to promote will help with skin tightening to make the face look younger. There will be stylized graphics needed to explain how the technology works so that it is easier for people to understand. I will share more details on the script to the freelancer that gets chosen. A storyboard is already prepared as a guide but the characters will need to be created by you. You will need to be receptive to multiple revisions if there is a need for it (for both character designs and video). Please provide relevant samples of your work for consideration when you bid. Deliverables will be 1080p MOV/MP4 and also the working files for the character and graphics that were designed in case we want to use those visuals for static placements. Interested freelancers will be assessed based on the bid amount, portfolio of similar work, and also turnaround time. I am looking at someone who can provide a first draft by Friday 31 March. My budget is as indicated $250 to $400. Do not waste your bid to bid if you are going to quote higher than that. I will be providing the voiceover.
